Peanut Butter Choc Pops

Peanut Butter Choc Pops
  • 220g peanut butter
  • 90g icing sugar
  • 100g Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 425g plain chocolate
  • 15g butter

  1. Combine the peanut butter and icing sugar in a re-sealable plastic bag. Close the bag and work, pressing, to combine. Add the crushed biscuits and work again until incorporated.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on low heat for 30 seconds. Stir, return to the microwave and repeat until melted.
  3. Form the biscuit mixture into small balls, dip in the melted chocolate and leave in a paper case to set.

"I like using cups to measure things so I don't get them mixed up. My sister always makes cake pops to bring to her friend in her class, so now I make these to bring to my friends. They are messy to make, but it's so much fun."
