Mini Pinwheel Sandwiches

2 slices of fresh square brown bread

For the toppings:
  • 50g shredded chicken, such as "Green Farm" torn chicken breast
  • 1 tsp cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 2 tsp Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 4 black grapes
  • 4 green grapes

To serve:
  • 1 small bunch of black grapes, about 6-8 grapes

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread. They can be used later for breadcrumbs.
  2. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Add your toppings.
  4. Roll the bread lengthwise, keeping all the ingredients together. Pack tightly while rolling.
  5. Cut each roll into four wheels and serve.

"These are tiny little sandwiches. They are way nicer to get in my lunchbox than big sandwiches with crusts. I hate crusts. They are easy to make too and I am only 6. My mum helps me cutting."
